How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track it from your account dashboard under 'My Orders'.
What is your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description. Some items (undergarments, consumables, personalized items) are non-returnable. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days (3-5 in metro cities). Express delivery takes 2-3 business days. Free standard shipping on orders above ₹499.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and UPI payments through our secure payment partner Stripe. All payments are prepaid — Cash on Delivery is not available.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use Stripe for payment processing — a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, you can return the items after delivery under our standard return policy.
Do you have a physical store?
Kids Wonderland is an online-only store. This helps us keep prices low and offer the widest selection of products across India.
