1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kids Wonderland website (kidswonderland.in), mobile application, or any services provided by us (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. About Kids Wonderland

Kids Wonderland is an ecommerce platform operating in India, offering toys, clothing, books, baby gear, school supplies, and other children's products. We are headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

3. Eligibility

To make a purchase on Kids Wonderland, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. Our products are intended for children, but purchases must be made by an adult guardian or parent.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account to access features like order tracking, wishlists, and faster checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We use Clerk for authentication — no passwords are stored by us directly.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account and to update it as needed.

5. Product Listings

We strive to display product information — including descriptions, images, age recommendations, and specifications — as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary due to screen settings, and packaging may differ from images shown.

All product listings are invitations to offer. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability at any time, including after an order has been placed.

6. Pricing & Payment

• Currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR).
• GST: Prices displayed include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) where required by Indian law. Tax is calculated at the prevailing rate at the time of purchase.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and UPI through our payment partner Stripe. All payments are prepaid — Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
• Authorization: By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the full order amount (including shipping and taxes) to your selected payment method.

7. Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, any charged amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

8. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Delivery timelines vary by location:

• Metro cities: 3-5 business days
• Non-metro: 5-10 business days

9. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the listing description. Certain items (undergarments, consumables, personalized items) are non-returnable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. 10. Intellectual Property

All content on Kids Wonderland — including text, images, logos, icons, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Kids Wonderland or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Kids Wonderland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
