Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Options & Rates

Free standard shipping automatically applies on orders above ₹499 (before tax). Cannot be combined with other shipping promotions.

3. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners to deliver your order:

• Delhivery
• Blue Dart
• India Post (for remote locations)

Our system selects the best carrier based on your PIN code for fastest delivery.

4. Metro vs Non-Metro Timelines

For remote and rural areas, delivery may take an additional 2-3 business days. PIN code serviceability is confirmed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order from your account dashboard. Tracking updates are typically available within 24 hours of dispatch.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the delivery timelines above, occasional delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions (monsoon, cyclones)
• Festival season rush (Diwali, Rakhi, etc.)
• Public holidays or strikes
• Remote location logistics

We will notify you of any significant delays. If your order has not arrived within 3 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and contents before opening, and contact us immediately at support@kidswonderland.in. For lost shipments, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier and send a replacement or refund within 7 business days of confirmation.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, unclaimed, refused), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. If we cannot reach you within 7 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded minus the original shipping cost.
